Chris Brogan: Yes I am Different. I am Very Different.

Chris, I know all about those low-sleep, high-caffeine, ultra creative bursts. Note to Chris' concerned family and friends: he'll be fine. There will come a time when he'll crash into a weekend of nonstop sleep and gurgle for a couple days with what he believes is speech, but you won't notice because you'll be so busy gawking at the creative trail he's left behind that he'll be back to his old self before you pull yourself away. Trust me. ;)

Chris, this amused and encouraged me more than you know. You are not alone! (So not *completely* different....)

What you are describing sound like the inputs and outputs of having PASSION. 'nuff said.

    but i still think you're a nut. ;-)

    i support you 100%
    i couldn't do it
    you can
    not so hard a concept

if you aim for 50 and get only 13
    that's 13 more than most

i'll be hanging out if you crash
we'll go to a vanilla ice concert and drink beers
    in the mean time
    you're rocking it
    keeping your priorities straight
your family has not felt second fiddle

    remember
    no TV
    no house/yard to maintain
no late nights out with the boys
no all of that other stuff others fill thier lives with
you're not running out of time
    you're creating it

    Chris:
You'll be fine. You're a super smart guy. You'll know when/if you need to slow down or make some changes. The only way I've seen my clients succeed is when they find something that can motivate them the way your projects motivate you. Many of my clients are so busy it would drive a normal person mad. However, they are THRILLED because they've found something that they are PASSIONATE about. I can work 14-16 hour days without breaking a sweat because most of the time it's FUN!! It's what I want to do! It's my business! I bet you feel the same way. And I'm sure some of the emails are just people trying to look out for your best interest because they don't want you to burn out. But don't worry, you won't. :)

Put fitness first and the rest will follow.
    Could it be that simple?
    ABSOLUTELY.

It all sounds like passion to me. And I love passionate people!

Passion it is, but Tinkoff's right: I need to do a lot more with my fitness.
