If it makes you feel any better, I am not going to Podcamp. What makes it worse is that I will be spending that entire weekend only 20 miles from the city.

Your still coming to Podcamp 2 in Pittsburgh right. Nice small crowd. tons of free food, the tiki bar gang. I know its early, ok really early, but if your not going to NY I am going to start the "You have to come to Pittsburgh" campaign now.
Did you know that your birthday is my wedding anniversary, practically? I will be spending Saturday splurging in Boston.

It be easy to be snarky to say: "Well in NY we do everything big" but I think that podcampNY is so compelling to so many who live here, that one can't keep it small.
I signed up early, and will be hosting a session on my experiences producing my video podcast, gardenfork (http://gardenfork.tv ) and the number of people attending is causing me to think: wow.
It will be harder to meet people, but maybe i'll meet more people than i anticipated.
