They could come on as a major sponsor of the event in exchange for the free space and internet use.  I am thinking of the offices in the Waltham area along 128.  I would also consider the hotels in that area.  Perhaps, if you can demonstrate a significant # of hotel bookings, they would be willing to give you conference space for reduced rates. The one place that will accommodate this type of event (Hynes Convention Center) is booked well in advance.
