Made me add the book to my Amazon wishlist. I had heard about the book but really didn't know much about it and this video sold it for me. As for the video itself, like BuckDaddy it reminded me of Dateline or one of those shows. Really enjoyed it.

Re: Trust Agents- An Introduction

What a great video explaining the Trust Relationship Revolution. I loved the cost of Disneyland. The perfect example of how something makes you feel and you are happy to pay for it! Definitely good content to share on a blog post! I'm sure the stats on this video are doing great! I know you said to focus on the delivery quality but I loved the quote: How can we build a new way to be human at a distance? Bravo!

Re: Trust Agents- An Introduction

people are talking about a shirt
...

yeah
enough said

Re: Trust Agents- An Introduction

Great video and very well done. I completely agree with Emily Jasper's comment, "Visually compelling media are just as important as the message. This is a great example of making a short feature something you want to watch the whole way through."

Your message is right on target. Unfortunately, while most people in sales and marketing can see the light, they report to senior managements who are uncomfortable with change, particularly when it involves something they don't understand ... social media. To them, the bottom line is what's important, and quotas are the only way to reach their goals.

The result? For those of us who do "get it," we can exploit the ever-widening cracks in the very foundation of their businesses and move their customers to our own. Brand loyalty is great to rely upon when your competitors offer basically the same old thing that you do. But, in today's world, where the business - customer relationship has become increasingly sterile, those of us who truly care about people (who also just happen to be our prospective customers) will be able to move mountains.

Contrary to the "old-line-thinkers," humanizing business is not an unmeasurable waste of time.

Re: Trust Agents- An Introduction

I wish if I can read a book in 1 day ... that's for sure gonna be the Trust Agents.

Re: Trust Agents- An Introduction

Hey Chris, I like the writing and production on this video, really gets your message across. Love the B-Roll of bomber footage. Obviously a lot of time went into this. I am growing in my awareness of being a better Trust Agent. I am on page 124 in the book. Please write another one. I love the part about not selling to your audience. that is so great! what a relief.
