Having just made it to the last Chapter, I feel like I've grown with the success of this book. Very serendipitous (sp?). I've already reccomended it to my own management, because it's actually useful, unlike the majority of mastabatory books about the social media phenomenon.

Chapter One was good... ;-) Looking forward to reading the rest. Now I understand why people buy Kindles. Hardcover books are a pain to carry around on trips, if you've got a bookshelf full of them to be read... Chris I have several books that sit right next to me on my end table, so I can refer to them often. "Trust Agents" is one those that should not be read once and thrown on the book shelf. Congratulations and thank you for writing the book. Mike
