Got me thinking.  For me, it started off as "lose weight".  Strictly.  But, the ACT of losing weight, and what it took - change, discipline, determination, reflection, adjustment, etc. - that act in itself led to the REAL change(s).  In me, anyway.  It was wanting to lose the weight that made me take the other steps.  I admire you for taking the other steps first.  I had to get there a little "bass ackwards", I guess.  The point is, I got there!
