Some wonderful thoughts to ponder over the weekend. Two of my favorite quotes compliment this sentiment well:

"Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could." - Emerson

“Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow.'"

Thanks for both challenging and encouraging us!

Can you just, like, come over here and cheer on the rest of my team, too? Your positive energy is contagious...

Chris, Nice piece to start the morning with. One of my favorite quotes, which I have up on a bulletin board here in my home office, is from Goethe:

"Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it."

Great message to start my day. Ohh and find time to read the Secret by Rhonda Bryne when you find time.

Looking at the world fresh every day - great idea; how to do it? Children in particular help to switch off our filters...

I have so much to say about that post and how it aligns to how I believe life should be lived, that it's just too much to even get into...but...i will share with you just a tad of yogic wisdom.

What you see in that boy's face? That look that is truly fantastic, in yoga it's called abhuta, the best way to translate that word: the Wow of every moment. Wonderment. We can have that at any time, we must allow ourselves to see the possibility of wow at every moment, and as we do that, every day will be full of wonder, and thus new :) Even when we do the 'old.' It's really how we choose to look at it.

Plus, how cool is it that there is a word for that? We must include it more and more in our everyday lives.
