All price ranges deserve professional pics since the first impression is usually online. Agent's own video is still key to bring personality to the home throughout the list period. Footage of the house itself, or even the agent talking to the prospects or even homeowner about events, during the showings, inspections and appraisal is good to document the progress and action.
