Chris Brogan: Pixelated - The Online Conference About PLAY

  • Ann Handley · 1 year ago
I absolutely love this concept. I'm sure you or Mitch or somebody has thought of it, but there should be a central catalog/archive of all of these great Pixelated events.

(Thinking now about what to create one on.. hmm....)

Chris - Loved the idea yesterday and got around to putting mine together in honor of you, Mitch and OnClick's idea. I hope to see many others put these together. Check mine out at http://jpickett1968.wordpress.com/2008/10/05/pi...

This idea is flippin' OUTSTANDING! I'm not blogging for a little while,so I can get my ideas together and get use to all the other cool web 2.0 tools...taking things slow. I'm into squidoo.com, so maybe I can do something like this with a lens? I don't know but I'll look into it. If not, I'll work something out. This is a wonderful idea! You Rock!

    Chris,

Thanks, Thanks, Thanks for the great idea! I used the Pixelated Conference idea and turned into a "online course" called Introduction to Web 3.0: A free online course. In the past two days ince I starting posting the I have seen my blog stats increase by 50 percent. I think I will periodically offer online courses on a variety of new and emerging topics of interest. Chekc out my bolg at nmbaker.wordpress.com.

I provided hyperlinks on my site to all the Pixelated Conferences I could find that have been submitted thus far - hoping to keep this idea alive and well!

    Chris,

Neat conference, on a subject I might not normally dig into. I loved The Prisoner's Dilemma. I kept thinking about how that could be used in real life situations. Still turning it over in my head. Thanks for putting yours up!

    Regards,

Online conferences are more and more common these days , especially with the economic recession , more and more people are looking for ways to reduce expenses , and VoIP Systems and conferences in the net are great ways to do just that

Thanks for the fascinating conference call trial video demonstration. Akoha is a great idea but I think some of its features are perhaps unnecessary. A lot of people will want to play games like this but it certainly won’t make much impact on people who are used to playing grand theft auto games and I think they are the people who need to be reached the most.
