You son is always making us laugh, challenging us, and bringing us together. I think you must have "raised him right," as my mother would say.

Andy, you wouldn't happen to be thinking about that sodalite pendant for your mom would you? . . . I've got my eye on it.

Re: Happy Birthday Mom

happy bday mom b!

Re: Happy Birthday Mom

Chris,

You know from the day that met you on Twitter you have been pushing me to do SOMETHING..mostly to think. I have to say though that I respect you most because of your the love that you show for your family. I think that says a great deal about you as a person.

As a mom, I think that flowers would go a LONG way toward getting you out of this dog house...for the next 30 years or so.

Happy Birthday Mama Brogan you did a great job with this one!

Re: Happy Birthday Mom

Happy Birthday, Mrs. Brogan! I love your jewelry, and it's quite affordable. I think I know what my mom will be getting for her birthday. http://www.brogan-arts.com/...

My mom and I are also having a similar sort of experience and have found a new way to interact via the internet. My mom is an artist as well, and she started an online shop for the handmade purses she's making. I'll email you the link if you'd like to take a look.

I hope that you had a wonderful day!

Re: Happy Birthday Mom

Happy Birthday to Chris's mom, and remember Chris, really COOL people have tattoos. ;)
They get them during really cool geek weekends where they meet great people and learn a lot.

Re: Happy Birthday Mom

Whitney, TheFemGeek, Becky McCray,

Thank you for the kind words. Being the mother of Chris Brogan is an interesting role. As a mother I love him, am proud of him, and adore his family. As a person in the community with a small business, I appreciate the tips and encouragement he offers on his blog. I appreciate the feedback that you the community offer. Some of the conversations are so right on and helpful.

I started creating and selling wire sculpted jewelry about a year ago at www.Brogan-Arts.com. I have a long way to go with the business and the web site. The conversations started by Chris and carried on by the community have been very helpful and I appreciate all of you.

Thanks and have a great day,
Diane

Re: Happy Birthday Mom

How can I resist?
