Chris Brogan: Finding Treasure in the Comments

Yay treasure in comments! And yay you, Chris, for reading all the comments (which is something I notice a lot of people don't do, or at least they don't follow-up about them)!

Very clever of Rachel and sooooooooooooo true. Maybe we should launch a snack food for genuine online friends and call it...

    Relation-Chips ;-) Just a thought!

Such a great concept and absolutely true. Real relationships stand the test of time and in troubled waters. Online relationships can be as fickle as high school love interests. Bloggers and companies that get this, do much better in the long-term.

    Great golden nugget :-)

Wow, is that a treasure-chest-shaped CAKE?? You must be quite the accomplished baker.

I so completely agree about the comments and the value there. This is a bit recursive (haven't used that word legitimately since programming classes in the '90s), but I'm testing my new comment aggregation tool for the first time with this very comment. If it works out well, I'm going to somehow incorporate my comments and others' comments into my own little attempt at "web immortality", whatever that may eventually evolve to be.

    Thanks for good words.
