Chris Brogan: damn you, American Airlines

  • Dale Cruse · 3 years ago
That suuucks. I say get the hell out of there for a while.

Or, if you have your video camera with you, record other people's dissatisfaction with airports and flying. Could be compelling.

I know why you're really pissed off, CBro: You could have come to last night's meet up of the Social Media Club after all.

Here are a few photos to give you a flavor of what you missed: SMCBoston

Totally sucks. I've had problems the last two times I took AA to Indy. The best part of the last flight was when the attendent on our way-delayed connecting flight (who was just trying to be nice, but still) told us we *really* shouldn't schedule a connecting flight through Chicago so tightly next time.

Um...that was American who scheduled it? On their #@$ website? Which we have use unless we want to get dinged?

The pact: we're using up our miles, then f@ck AAmerican.

Now, if we could only get JetBlue to fly everywhere...

Oh man - I feel sorry for you.

Well, you might as well go purchase a turkey sammich for the low low price of $9.95.

Heck, get a bottle of water and some chips - make it an even $14.00

I hear you, American likes to yell at their customers. I fly SW semi-exclusively now, and they are much nicer.

    Damn them all to hell.

United is no better, from my experience. JetBlue, Southwest and (um) AirTran have been my best experiences thus far. Something tells me businesses lose their ability to serve customers after a certain growth margin.

Aspiring web moguls: keep that in mind..
