Good point. Different people hunt in different ways, and the point of entry should be obvious to each of them. We recently added a highly visible phone number to our agency site, and phone leads tripled ... imagine the logic!

Great thought. I had it at the bottom of the sidebar. a really long sidebar. I moved it up tonight. 20 minutes later I used it myself.

Chris, even better...I wonder if there is a search widget that allows you to aggregate all your social content and search it from one trusted source? Oh, I wonder what such a service would be called?

Chris's point is a good one. Search allows me to find content generated by a trusted source (the blogger), and when done right is a wonderful resource.
