    Wow, lots of great points in there.

    I'm having a bit of trouble with the "roles" thing... it makes solid sense, but defining and separating all those aspects of life feels a little crazy-making. After all, it's still you doing all those things, right? How do the various roles interact and get managed? Definitely curious...

    The "front-loading" and "values" pieces are right on, though, imho.
